The holidays are all about giving back, and Raising Cane’s has teamed up with a lineup of superstars this year to help kids across the country make an impact.
For the sixth year in a row, Raising Cane is spreading the holiday cheer on two wheels, partnering with youth organizations and professional athletes to surprise kids with brand new bikes and helmets.
This tradition is one that Raising Cane founder Todd Graves wanted to share, because after all, what kid doesn’t want to get that classic feeling of riding a bike at Christmas?

And after donating 2,500 bikes last year, Graves and Cane’s has taken it up a notch with more than 4,000 bikes and helmets given to children in multiple cities, including Cincinnati with Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins.

“That’s what it’s all about, man. It’s great to put a smile on these kids’ faces,” he added. “And to give them bikes too. When I was their age, I remember my first bike at the Boys and Girls Club. That made me smile, so it made me the happiest kid in the world.”
Minnesota Vikings stars Josh Metellus and Andrew Van Ginkel did the same with the Boys & Girls Club of The Twin Cities, explaining earlier this month the impact they were able to create.

Van Ginkel added: “I think life is much bigger than football and us as football players. So in whatever way we can get back into the community and just be there for children who have been through a lot and need that extra bit of hope that can help them get through these difficult times.”
Philadelphia Eagles star receiver AJ Brown was unfortunately unable to make his scheduled appearance in his city due to a practice change, but his AJ Brown Foundation, which helps impact underserved youth, made sure to show him the core memories made when each child was captivated by their bikes.

From Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels, to Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker, to Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott, the NFL lineup was star-studded as everyone helped Raising Cane’s ensure kids had their best holiday season yet.
Even players from the NBA got involved as well, with Devin Vassell of the San Antonio Spurs, Tyrese Proctor of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Jaime Jaquez Jr. of the Miami Heat and Isaiah Hartenstein of the Oklahoma City Thunder also made an impact in their communities.
