Here’s an overview of the affected products, the dangers they pose, and what consumers should do if they have purchased one of these items.

More than 2,600 baby walkers sold on Amazon have been recalled due to the risk of serious injury or death.
The recalled baby walkers fail to stop at the edge of a step, posing a fatal fall hazard. In addition, infant walkers contain leg holes that could cause a child to slip, posing a risk of head crushing that could result in serious injury or death.
