Elon Musk hinted that Tesla could soon unveil a flying car.
Musk appeared on the podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ on Friday in an extensive interview that covered various topics, including the development of the Tesla Roadster.
‘We’re getting close demonstrate the prototypeMusk told Rogan. “And I think this… one thing I can guarantee is that this product demo will be unforgettable.”
“How so?” Rogan asked.

“Whether it’s good or bad, it will be unforgettable,” Musk said. ‘My friend Peter Thiel, you know, once thought that the future had to be there flying carsBut we don’t have flying cars.”
Rogan asked for details about the technology, such as whether the car would have a “retractable wing,” but Musk only said the reveal “has a chance to be the most memorable product reveal ever.”
Musk said the car would “hopefully” be unveiled within a few months.

“We have to make it work,” he said. “Like, this is some crazy, crazy technology that we have in this car. Crazy technology. Crazy, crazy.”

Tesla reported record third-quarter sales on October 22 that exceeded Wall Street estimates, driven by its highest quarterly sales electric vehicles as US buyers rushed to lock in a key tax credit before it expires in September.

Demand for Tesla’s vehicles and those of its rivals is also expected to decline for the rest of the year without the tax breaks that have been a key driver of electric vehicle sales.
