More than 2 million people are expected to visit Dallas this year for the State Fair of Texas.
It is the longest running event of its kind in the country and takes place over 24 days from September 26 to October 19.

Fletcher’s Corny Dog – $8

The Fletcher family says mustard is the right topping for a corny dog, but due to customer demand, ketchup was introduced in 1994. During the fair, Fletcher’s processes 1,500 liters of mustard and 800 liters of ketchup.
